ChaSamba Fitness
ChaSamba Fitness aims to spread the craze for partner-free dance and fitness-fused workouts to all ages. With a variety of dances taken from the world of ballrom and latin-american dancing spanning cha cha, paso doble, quickstep, jive, salsa and rumba, there is no pressure on getting the right steps, just on having a great time. Classes incorporate a warm up and a cool down that gives dancers the chance to try the rumba.
