Admission may be refused if late for booked appointment; please arrive 45 min early to collect tickets and equipment. Valid Mon-Fri 9.30am-8pm. If number of guests falls below 10 people per session, activity will not be run as open flexible session, but customers visit activities one at a time with instructor rather than having flexibility to move freely between activities. Under 10s must be accompanied by paying, participating adult. Must sign waiver on arrival. Must be 4 or older for Mini Moose Land, Downhill Donuts and Sledge 'O' Mania (except carver sledge for which must be 8 or older); must be 6 or older for Luge Slip 'N' Slide. Luge Slip 'n' Slide contains flashing lights on mats and runs traffic light system; customers who have any concerns about epilepsy should contact merchant. Snow boots and helmets provided.
