Due to COVID-19 and government restrictions prohibiting nightclubs from reopening, the merchant developed new ways of operating including a floating bar experience on the River Thames with table service, music and all the iconic sights of London along the way. Restrictions: Present printed Groupon on arrival. Please also email the names of persons attending and date of arrival with Groupon voucher attached to tickets@londonpartyboats.co.uk for record to be put on passenger list. Must be emailed minimum 48 hours before booking date. 14-day cancellation rights do not apply; no refunds or exchanges permitted. Must be 18 or older with valid ID in the form of passport or driving licence. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure time stated on ticket. No return for late passengers so please arrive on time. Occasionally, if Festival Pier is not available, boats may depart from Westminster Pier. Please enquire on date of booking to confirm. check website for telephone number. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bookings are subject to operational changes and vessel transfers. Many boat operators use Festival Pier. Please look out for the London Party Boats crew on arrival to Festival Pier. Customers are asked to familiarise themselves with the COVID-19 guidelines before boarding and adhere to these guidelines at all times when on board. Table service only. From Monday 14 September, when meeting friends and family you do not live with you must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors. We can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. This rule will not apply to individual households or support bubbles of more than 6 who will still be able to gather together. A booking which consists of more than 6 people and is made under one booking name/reference will not be accepted. Each booking will be limited to a maximum of 6 people per table to ensure that a safe social distance of both guests and staff is respected and maintained. Mandatory hand sanitising when boarding the vessel for all passengers and staff. Customers should bring their own mask or will be provided with a face covering when on the pier prior to boarding. Masks are mandatory on entering the pier, in accordance with TfL terms and conditions. The distance between tables has been increased in line with government recommendations for social distancing (1+ metre apart). You will be given your table number on arrival to the vessel. When away from your table or walking around the vessel please wear an appropriate face covering, adhere to social distance guidelines and follow instructions on signs on the pier and vessel. When on the pier, please adhere to the two-metre guideline. The queuing point will be established outside of the pier entrance gate. Please follow instructions on signs on the pier and vessel. When on the vessel please adhere to the 1-metre guideline. All staff and passengers are subjected to mandatory temperature checks upon access to the vessel. Any passengers showing signs of symptoms of COVID-19 will be refused entry to the vessel. Music will be kept at a volume in line with current Government guidelines. Contactless payments will be encouraged. Both cash and card accepted, with a £10 minimum card spend. Food is not included with this cruise. Please note no food or drinks are to be brought onboard. If the event is cancelled due to an event outside of the merchant's control (including any recommendations from the Ministry of Health), Groupon will reimburse you the money you have paid for the voucher. If the event is postponed Groupon will only reimburse you if you request a refund.
