Malvern Theatres
Visitors to Malvern Theatres will be able to book their choice of up to four shows this summer. The History Boys (usually £33.04 per person) follows a group of bright, if unruly, sixth-formers in their pursuit of sex, sport and a place at university. Alternatively, join Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson (£27.44) as their attempts to unravel the mysteries behind the murders of vulnerable women in Victorian Whitechapel throws them into a plot that goes to the highest levels of the establishment. Mrs Warren’s Profession (£28) looks at Vivie Warren as she discovers that her mother funded her Cambridge education and luxurious lifestyle through prostitution. A trio of Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads (£31.92), a collection of darkly comic monologues originally created for television, take to the stage in August.
