Visitor Information

Age Requirements

• Children aged 18 months and older are welcome to join trampoline sessions.
• Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult during activities.
• Children aged 5–12 require a supervising adult present inside the venue.
• Children 13 and over may participate independently but must present a signed safety agreement from a parent or guardian.

Arrival Time

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled activity. This ensures time for check-in, completing safety forms, watching a safety video, and warming up.

Safety Socks

Gravity safety socks are mandatory for all trampoline sessions. Guests may purchase socks online or onsite. Visitors with existing Gravity socks are welcome to reuse them, provided they are in good condition. Old-for-new exchanges are available if needed.

Sessions for Toddlers

Gravity also hosts dedicated sessions for parents and toddlers, available at selected locations, providing a fun environment for younger children to enjoy.
