• Client must be 18 or older.

• 48-hour cancellation policy; failure to meet the cancellation policy will void the voucher.
• A haircut service can be added to the treatment for £20 and paid directly to the salon. Please notify the salon so it can be added to your appointment.
• A surcharge of £20 applies for hair below the shoulder, thick curly hair. A surcharge of £35 applies for Afro-textured hair to cover extra time required; these are payable directly to the salon. For extra-long waistline hair, please contact the salon for a consultation.
• Same days and weekends are subject to availability; please check the online booking system. Limited availability after 6 pm.
