This year's "Champions" edition of the Hippodrome Summer Spectacular promises a thrilling two-hour extravaganza, blending the best of circus performances and athletic prowess. Audiences will be captivated by breathtaking circus acts, world record-breaking bike riders, acrobatic daredevils, and exhilarating basketball dunk squads.
Produced and directed by Peter Jay, who revived the iconic water spectacle in 1981, the show continues to feature this unique element that has been a hallmark of the performance since Jay acquired the building in 1979.
The show will be hosted by Hippodrome favorite Jack Jay, who will share the stage with madcap Scottish comedian Johnny Mac, offering a delightful mix of mayhem and entertainment for the entire family.

This year Summer Spectacular is back with their signature performance blending circus with a mesmerising water show, featuring graceful acrobatics and bold stunts. Held at Hippodrome Circus, a striking Edwardian venue dating back to 1903, the show is among the biggest and most visited summer attractions in the UK, with acrobats, dancers and show swimmers coming in from all over the world.
