Stepping into the elegant restaurant, guests are shown to their table and allowed to browse the Homage menu. Typical dishes on offer could include seasonal game terrine with parsnip and onion chutney or carpaccio of celeriac and golden beetroot with a cottage cheese and truffle cream salad to start. Main course options include the likes of confit duck leg laced with a crispy damson sauce or seared pheasant breast. Those opting for three courses can then indulge in a sweet treat such as warm pistachio sponge cake or wild blueberry mousse with honey ice cream.
