The Deal

Sitting down to a two-course meal at Bistro Iona, patrons may select a starter such as seared chicken with Asian salad and satay dressing; potted prawns with bread; or the chef’s soup of the day. For the main course, diners may tuck into chicken wrapped in parma ham with mash and wild mushroom fricassee; pan-fried salmon with mash and a horseradish and mussel cream; or vegetable tempura with sour cream and salsa.
