Eight plates will be served to two or four guests during the course of a lunch or dinner taster meal at JSW. Diners will be able to taste a range of flavours, starting with a pea and ham soup, and later moving on to cured salmon with oyster mayonnaise. Slow-cooked duck and hay-baked parsnips will serve as one of the mains, while dessert will come in the form of vanilla cheesecake with rhubarb and ginger beer jelly. Duos and quartets can also decide to pair each course with an array of wines to truly savour the flavours, with Nederberg Chardonnay and Rothschild pinot noir just a couple of the samples available.

About JSW
JSW takes its name from the initials of head chef, Jake Saul Watkins, who uses seasonal and locally sourced British ingredients to create contemporary dishes that can be enjoyed in the relaxing ambience of the cream-coloured dining room. The Michelin-starred restaurant is set within a 17th-century coaching house characterised by old beams, a well, and a wine cellar stocked with over 700 wines. While diners can tuck into tasting, set or vegetarian menus, overnight guests can rest easy in one of the en suite rooms equipped with LCD TVs, Wi-Fi and room service.
