About Kanada-Ya Ealing
The popular Japanese ramen group Kanada-Ya first opened its doors to Londoners on St. Giles Street in 2014, and founded in Japan in 2009 by Kanada Kazuhiro.
Specializing in authentic Tonkotsu ramen, Kanada-Ya has won the hearts of Londoners, voting their ramen as ‘the best in London’. For Kanada-Ya’s signature dish, the bones are simmered for 18 hours to create a smooth, rich and delicious tonkotsu broth.
