Expires 120 days after purchase. 48-hour cancellation notice required. Must be 16 or older. Appointment required at 01793 205 345 or email admin@kubemedical.co.uk. E-/Printed voucher must be presented upon arrival.
Massage appointment is for 45 minutes, including consultation and treatment within that time. Massage appointments can be booked no further than 7 days in advance
Massage is valid Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm
All other treatments are valid as per the clinic opening times:
- Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sat 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
For the deal option with a choice of Chiropractic ,Osteopathy or Physiotherapy
assessment, the appropriate treatment will be suggested by the admin team upon booking. Laser therapy is also included and will be given at the same or a separate appointment depending on availability. Appointment time is 40 minutes for the chiropractic, osteopathy and physiotherapy sessions and includes the assessment and treatment. Valid only for option purchased. Limit 1 per person.
