The Deal
A slice of Italian passion comes in the form of a classic dish inspired by the Mediterranean country. Diners are able to tuck into a choice of pizza, with options including an ortolana with tomato, mozzarella, asparagus, peppers and courgettes (usually £10.95), or a prosciutto funghi topped with cooked ham and mushrooms (£7.95). Alternatively, pizzas can be substituted for a pasta dish, such as the chef’s special risotto alla toni (£10.90) or spaghetti carbonara (£8.90).

Located within The Croft Hotel, La Dolce Vita, meaning ‘The Sweet Life’, is a family-owned business specialising in Italian cuisine. The menu features classic pizza, pasta and meat-based dishes, as well as traditional Italian starters such as bruschetta. Celebrations can also be held in the restaurant, which is open on Sundays exclusively for parties.
