What is included in the shared experience: Ticket to The View From The Shard, digital souvenir photos, and a good view guarantee.
Days and Hours: Ticket Valid whenever the Shard is open on Tue (limited) / Wed-Sun). The Shard is not open on Monday and has limited opening times on Tuesday. This dining experience is valid every day of the year except dinner on New Year's Eve, and Valentine's Day.
Cancellations: 48-hour cancellation notice required. The Shard has a no refund policy on experience cancellations. London Steakhouse Company operates a 48 Hour Cancellation policy on our dining experiences. Experiences canceled within 48 hours of the reserved time may not be used again. The View from The Shard has a strict no refund policy on cancellations.
Additional Information: The London Steakhouse Co dining experience is for two people to dine from a 3-course set menu. There are at least four options for each course. An 8oz House cut steak is included in the price as one of the main courses - other cuts are available at a supplement. Side orders are not included and may be required with steaks although there are always at least two options that do not require a side order. Please note non-alcoholic cocktails are available on request.
Please note the welcome cocktail may be exchanged for a non-alcoholic drink if preferred. A 9.5 % discretionary service charge and £1.5 per person cover charge will be added to the total bill.
