- A £10 surcharge applies for long hair (hair that extends past the shoulder blades), payable at the salon on the day of your appointment.
- This voucher is not valid for services with Nicky Oliver personally.
- The voucher is not valid for services with the Academy.
- The voucher is valid only with a stylist or junior stylist.
- The voucher is not valid with senior or named stylists.
- If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, the value of your voucher will be forfeited.
- If you do not attend your appointment, you will lose the value of the voucher.
- Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment; arriving late may result in the forfeiture of your voucher’s value.
