• What to Expect from a Lounge Visit

Before starting to re-open, No1 Lounges asked the views of guests and staff and collaborated closely with airports, airlines and business partners to shape every aspect of their lounges in this new ‘normal’.

At the core of the changes, they have enhanced their high standards of cleanliness even further, with more frequent cleaning throughout the day.

They have also introduced a number of additional measures:

• Contactless reception - you will still recieve a warm welcome (at a distance) before you retreat inside, where there’s plenty of space to allow you to relax in comfort and style
• All buffet has been withdrawn, in favour of table service by a friendly and attentive team
• You will be served a high quality set-menu of hot and cold food, which reduces interaction and minimises contact between the team and you.
• Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the lounge for your peace of mind

Although you’ll be two steps apart now, the team are looking forward to giving you the same warm welcome as they always have.
