About Olive Tree Brasserie
Dating back to 2007, Olive Tree Brasserie was opened by Dean Wilson who wanted to fill in the huge gap in the market for Mediterranean food. Today, the spot specialises in Greek cuisine with a modern twist, created to inspire and delight locals and tourists alike. The owner regularly visits Greece for new ideas and recipes meeting with the local suppliers. Alongside the food menu, they offer authentic Greek and Cypriot beers and the rare Greek spirit Mastiha made from the resin of a small evergreen tree that grows only in the Southern part of the Greek Island of Chios.
