24-hour cancellation notice required. 24-hour advance notice required. Subject to availability. Must be 18 or older. New customers to Pilates HQ only. Valid for peak and/or off-peak classes. Suitable attire required. Must create an account to book. Phone bookings not accepted. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. First class must be used towards a beginners session. If customers are new to reformer pilates they must conduct at least 3 beginner sessions before moving on to intermediate level. All 5 classes must be redeemed within 4 months of date of first class,Limit 1 voucher per gift recipient. Re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies. May be used over multiple visits; all classes must be redeemed by same customer and cannot be shared. No cash back provided.

3. Once you have created an account, please choose a first class you would like to book and click "sign up now". To finalise the reservation use the drop down menu to select "first class for free".
4. Please bring your Groupon voucher with you to your first session. Upon presentation of the voucher your Pilates HQ account will be credited with the remaining 4 of the 5 classes you bought via the Groupon offer.
