About This Deal
Online Pilates Classes for Beginners for Two Full Weeks
You will have ten live Classes to choose from that are for beginners to intermediate.
My classes are designed as full body work outs that help you get toned, stronger, more flexible and more mobile and improve your balance and posture.
To access my classes I will email you the zoom links and send you a recording if you miss a live. Or you can join my private facebook group if you are on facebook.
To begin using the biggest screen you have will help, loose clothing and bare feet or socks. Enough space around you is important and a mat. Small hand weights are needed as well.
Most of my customers are 35-65, fairly fit and well. THE can get down to the floor and back up. You will also need to complete a general health form before you begin.
I am here to motivate and support you on your exercise journey and I also have extra free coaching community that you can be a part of if you want some help with well-being and weight loss.
