The Deal
Sitting down to lunch or dinner at Podium Restaurant and Bar, patrons can enjoy a starter such as seared scallops with apple salad, apple sauce and walnut puree (usually £16) or duck spring roll with pickled carrot salad and hoisin chilli sauce (£14). For the main course, diners can tuck into king prawns with lilly bulb, spiced coconut sauce and basmati rice (£26) or pan-fried lamb cutlet with curry sauce, baby fennel, radish and anchovy relish (£25). Desserts may include black forest gateau and vanilla creme brulee, while guests can stay refreshed by sharing a bottle of wine such as Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc (£23).
