Present Groupon on arrival. 24-hour cancellation policy. A health questionnaire will need to be completed prior to the consultation. Blood pressure and oxygen sats will be measured and ears examined at the consultation. Some people may not be suitable for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. These will be prescreened where possible by phone and the consultation will be used to determine suitability for treatment. Must be 18 or older. Valid Mon - Fri 9-7 and Sat -Sun 9-5. Valid for option purchased only.
