The Deal
Three courses of locally-sourced fare treat diners to some of Northern Ireland's finest evening cuisine. Starters include a crisp rabbit croquette salad of various garden vegetables, a rillette of Glenarm salmon, or a summer vegetable soup with bacon, peas and croutons. To follow, guests can choose from a choice of pot bellied roast pork belly, Mourne blackface lamb, or beef, slow cooked over 24 hours. Each main is accompanied by a choice of sides. To round off the meal, desserts will include malt custard and brown butter ice cream, lemon crème caramel, or a choice of glacé or sorbet.

Great British Menu Chef Raymond McArdle of Restaurant 23 in Warrenpoint is a well-known figure in the local restaurant scene, having worked with the likes of Paul Rankin, Robbie Millar and Michael Deane.
