You will have a personalized mouth tray taken to fit your teeth which will be sent off to be made and an assessment will be made on the level of bleach you will need to achieve your desired teeth whitening goals. Within the week the you will need to return to the practice to pick up your mouth guard where you will also receive a demonstration on how to apply the bleach. You will get enough bleach to last for a three week cycle, which is more than enough to drastically change the whiteness of your teeth.
