Online Swimming Stroke correction

This program is available for adult swimmers who wish to improve their swimming style with tailored suggestions based on videos they provide.

Step 1: email us with voucher details.

Step 2: We will set up a Zoom call with you to discuss your current swimming.

Step 3: Take a video of your swimming with a phone/camera above the water, or gopro below the water.

Step 5: We are now viewing and analysing your swimming stroke and preparing your own tailored program to correct any possible issues.

Step 5: During our second Zoom call we will show you what we found and how to correct any issues to help you swim better.

Step 6: after 4 weeks of training we will have a second Zoom call with you to discuss your amazing progress and what else you can do.
