Severnwye Farm is the base for Severnwye Equestrian and Severnwye Llama Trekking and is a fantastic day out for friends, families and groups.
Severnwye Equestrian is based in the ancient woodlands of The Forest of Dean. The area covers over 42 square miles of mixed woodland, bordered by the rivers Severn and Wye. It is an ideal area for riding horses and pony trekking.
Horses and ponies available to suit all sizes and levels of riding ability.
Severnwye has been awarded a 5 Star Rating under the The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.
Severnwye is located just off the A48 between Chepstow and Alvington. Fully insured and licensed by the Forest of Dean District Council, they have been in operation since 2002. All treks and hacks are accompanied by BHS staff to help increase guests' enjoyment. instruction will be given throughout the trek. before venturing out in the forest. The centre is home to a number of animals, including donkeys, llamas, orphan wild boar and emus other rescued animals. Severnwye strives to maintain high standards of animal welfare and encourages guests to explore the nearby forest tracks and discover the abundance of local wildlife.
