What is radio frequency treatment?

Radio frequency treatments are designed to tighten the appearance of skin through the use of controlled and concentrated radio waves.

What happens at the appointment?

Your practitioner will go through a quick consultation prior to your treatment to discuss your bode goals and determine the most suitable treatment for you. Following this, your practitioner will go ahead with your chosen treatment.

What is cavitation?

Cavitation therapy uses ultrasound to target stubborn areas of unwanted fat and celulite. A high-tech device is moved over the target area, which is designed to sculpt the body by reducing subcutaneous adipose tissue thickness.

Which areas can be targeted?

The treatment works well on areas such as stomach (upper or lower), love handles, bingo wings, inner thighs, outer thighs (saddle bags), bra bungle, lower back, knees.

What about aftercare?

Maintain a healthy balanced diet. Avoid a heavy meal few hours before and after the treatment. Stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol for 24hrs, coffee and caffeine based products for 2 hrs before the treatment. On the day of treatment wear something comfortable to avoid clothes rubbing the treated area. Avoid hot baths and heat treatments for the first few days after the treatment.
