Under 18s must be accompanied by a fully-paying adult. 14-day cancellation policy starting from the day clients receive email confirmation of purchase. Rescheduling is allowed once if clients notify 1 week before the activity date. May be repurchased every 30 days. Valid on option purchased only. Valid for 3 months. If the experience is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for technical reasons, merchant will offer an alternative date.
