The Abbey Leisure Centre
The Abbey Leisure Centre features a range of gym and spa facilities. Clients may take advantage of cardiovascular, resistance and free-weight equipment as well as choose from a list of fitness suites. The centre also boasts two pools used for swimming classes, swimfit sessions and aqua aerobic. Both group classes and personal trainings are available to suit each client’s needs. Junior gym sessions and soft play facilities are provided as well for children of different age groups.

Saturday evening session is exclusively female only with female staff. Children defined as aged 16 or under. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult. In the designated safe area of the teaching pool one adult in the water can accompany up to two children of any age. In the main pool children under the age of 4 must be accompanied in the water by an adult on a one to one basis and children over the age of 4 on a two to one basis. Please follow the admission policy in the designated safe areas. New customers only. Valid for max 3.5 hours use of facilities. Must sign health questionnaire. Must bring towel and appropriate swimming attire. Valid on option purchased only.
