  • Colonic hydrotherapy flushes the system of unwanted matter using warm filtered water. A small sterile tube delivers the water into the intestine, which then attempts to coax waste products out of the body.
  • It’s a very easy and dignified treatment which can help to clean the large intestine (colon) by gently introducing flowing water which continuously flows in and out of the body, breaking down any hardened waste and helping to expel toxins.

  • The water is gently introduced into the rectum using a pencil-thin plastic nozzle, which the individual self-inserts. Throughout the treatment, a therapist monitors the individual but respects their choice to wait outside the room, being on call for reassurance and advice if needed. Alternatively, upon request, the therapist can stay with the individual throughout the treatment.

• An online health questionnaire ( or to be filled in on your first visit ) gives me a real insight into your health and well-being and allows me to suggest a programme perfect for you. Our initial consultation gives you the chance to ask any questions and lets me reassure you of the procedure.
• Not valid for people with congestive heart failure, severe anaemia, pregnant women, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, severe haemorrhoids, a tumour in the rectum or large intestine, recent colon rectal surgery and for customers who had surgery within 3 months, and abdominal surgery within 8 months.
• Therapist-client confidentiality privileges apply excluding intent to harm. The duration of the first treatment is 90 minutes. The second treatment is approx 45 minutes. Consultation is inclusive.
