Guests can indulge in an East Asian feast at The Mongolian Grill, beginning with a choice of starter between soup of the day, spicy chicken wings, or meat or vegetable dumplings (all usually £3.95). For the main event, diners visit the grill to select their meat, fish or vegetarian ingredients, the vegetables that accompany them, and sauces and spices to taste. They'll then present their creation to the chefs who grill them to perfection in a jiffy (usually £13.95). A side dish can add chips, Singapore noodles or egg fried rice in to the mix (all £2.50), while a knickerbocker glory makes for a sweet finishing touch (£3.95).

Channelling the authentic warriors' 'victory meal', The Mongolian Grill cooks up all manner of meats and veg for the hungry foot soldiers of Manchester. Guests can visit the grill to custom-make their dishes; firstly choosing their meat and vegetables, before taking their pick between spicy or subtle seasoning and sauces. Chefs will then cook customers' creations right in front of them. Recipe plates are provided for inspiration and vegetarian options are on hand for those feeling not-so-carnivorous.
