Serving up a welcome surprise of hearty, homemade fare in Chelsea, The Penny Black offers a two-course beef wellington meal with a glass of bubbly for each guest (usually £11). Diners can choose from a starter such as roast duck and pink grapefruit salad (usually £9) or desserts such as hot chocolate fondant with clotted ice cream (£6). The main event of the meal will be the restaurant's signature beef wellington, made with Aberdeen Angus beef and served with seasonal vegetables (£26).
