Good to know:
-Preparation: Exfoliate at least 24 hours before the tanning process.
-Avoid using deodorant, perfumes, makeup or other body care products on the day of tanning.
-Shaving or waxing should be done at least 24 hours in advance.
-During the spray tan it is advisable to wear underwear or swim wear unless disposables are provided.(requestable)
-Dark, loose clothing and open shoes are advised for leaving the salon.
-Depending on the skin type and skincare routine, the tan should last between 5-10 days.
-After showering or bathing pat the skin dry.
-Daily moisturising is recommended to prolong the life of the tan.
-Contact with chlorine or sea salt water can reduce the longevity of the tan.
-Avoid spraying perfume directly onto the skin as this can affect the quality of the tan.
-Clients with skin problems such as eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis should consult their doctor before tanning.
-Clients who suffer from diabetes or asthma should also consult their doctor before having a spray tan.
TAN TRUTH products do not contain SPF and therefore do not act as sun protection.
-If pregnant consult a doctor before tanning.
