All new and existing customer are required to complete a revised safety waiver prior to check in. Weight limit is 21 stone for the trampolines and 20 stone for the rain-forest section. Customers with medical condition that may affect ability to safely jump on a trampoline must consult a qualified medical practitioner. Grip socks must be worn. Grip socks are available for a surcharge of £2 per pair. All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to their jump session to allow time for check-in and the pre-jump safety briefing. Not valid Monday-Friday during school holidays. Valid on option purchased only. Voucher valid only for the deal purchased and cannot be used as part payment or toward any other Urban Jump session, ticket or discount. Only food purchased within the centre may be consumed on-site.

Ghyll Industrial Estate-based Urban Jump invites adults and children to experience all it has to offer; a vast trampoline park, urban rainforest and Cheeta’s maze, a large soft play area for the little ones, and a cafe to grab some food and drink to get the breaths back. The spot boasts two extra large trampolines with a landing platform, where guests can practise their twists, flips and tricks. Visitors can also enjoy a wide range of attractions, including a climbing wall, basketball hoops, a foam pit, dodgeball and an interactive wall game.
