Once ordered a hair analysis testing kit will be sent to your home. The kit is then sent recordied elivery to the U.S (by yourself) and takes around 10 days to process. Results and all information will then be sent to your email address when the results arrive. We require a form and filled and signed for a consultant to access the result - we will send this form to you with the hair test result. A 20 minute consultation is offered along with 48 hour email support after the test is sent for you to fully understand the results.
