What is the shipping policy at 11 Degrees?

11 Degrees send orders via either Royal Mail, DPD or DHL courier.

Standard delivery is approximately 2 to 3 working days and free on orders over £25.

Next Working day delivery service guarantees delivery on the next day by DPD providing your order was made prior to 4pm the previous day. This will require a signature on the receiving end. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery costs £3.95 and is usually made within 2 to 3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. 11 Degrees offer Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery on any UK order over £25. If your order, once packed, is larger than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm, 11 Degrees reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a premium service. If your order is smaller than 35.3cm x 25cm x 2.5cm, they reserve the right to send the order on a Royal Mail Large Letter Service.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery (UK) costs £5.95. Orders must be completed by 4pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day.
