How can I activate my AEG discount code?

Here’s how you can apply one of our AEG discounts when shopping online:

1. Pick from our offers and discount codes by clicking the green ‘See Code’ or ‘Get Deal’ button.
2. When selecting a deal that doesn’t feature a code, hit the link in the pop-up window to be taken to the AEG website with your offer in effect.
3. If the offer requires a code, it’ll appear in a pop-up window ready for you to copy to your clipboard.
4. Continue with your shop as normal, and click the checkout button when you’re ready to pay.
5. Tick the box next to ‘Voucher/Discount Code’ and then paste your AEG voucher into the available box.

AEG discounts with newsletter sign-ups

Become part of the AEG club by subscribing to the newsletter. You’ll receive an AEG voucher code welcoming you to the community, which can be applied at the checkout when you place your first order. Stay subscribed to be kept in the loop about new product launches and AEG promotions!

AEG price promise

When you order an AEG appliance, you get the best price every time. In the unlikely event you find an AEG appliance advertised at a lower price elsewhere, you have up to seven days after your purchase to submit a claim and get a refund on the difference!

We’ll be tracking every update from the AEG Black Friday sale, which is one of the best times of the year to score discounts on big-ticket items like dishwashers and fridges. AEG delivery information

When you order from AEG, you can either choose standing delivery or next-day delivery – it depends on whether you’re in a hurry to receive your new AEG devices!

Standard delivery: £3.99 (3–5 working days).
Next-day delivery: £6.99 (or by 2:30pm for next-day delivery).

AEG delivery tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your AEG tracking information to follow your order from the warehouse to your doorstep.

AEG returns & refunds

AEG allows customers to return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. If you’re returning spare parts or accessories, you can start the process yourself under the returns tab. If you’re returning small appliances or large appliances, you’ll need to contact AEG on 03445 611 080 to discuss your refund options.
