What payment methods does Bimuno accept?

You can pay for your order from Bimuno using either a Maestro, Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. You can also use Sage Pay and PayPal.

How are my Bimuno packets delivered?

All products are dispatched in light packaging within one working day of receiving the order. Customers who have opted for Down Stream Access (DSA) service won’t be charged for delivery. To have your order tracked, you will be charged £3.95 and your order should be with you within 48 hours. You can also opt for expedited service for £5.95.

Where can I track my Bimuno order?

If you’ve opted for tracked delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and tracking number included. You will then need to head to the Royal Mail website to find out your delivery status on there.

Can I return my Bimuno products?
