Is a Build a Bear returnable?

Build a Bear offer a generous 90 day window for refunds and exchanges with orginial proof of purchase. If you can't provide an original proof of purchase you can still exchange your order for an item of equal credit in one of their stores. You can choose to return your purchase to your nearest store or mail it to the returns office. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
