Does Claire’s offer a student discount?

Don't let studying stand in the way of fashion. At Claire's, all verified students and apprentices can benefit from a 10% discount.

Does Claire’s offer free delivery?

All orders with a value of £40 or more will qualify for free standard delivery from Claire’s, or orders with a value of £5 or more can get free Click + Collect.

For orders of less than £5, Click + Collect costs £1.90, and for orders of less than £40 standard delivery will cost £3.95. You can also update to next-day delivery for £5.50 if you need your accessories in a hurry.

How do I use my Claire’s discount code?

When you’ve selected your discount and copied the code attached to it, follow our link through to Claire’s website and start shopping! Once you’ve got everything you want in your basket, pick your delivery method, paste your code into the ‘offer code’ box and click on ‘apply’ before proceeding to the payment stage. If no code is required then your discount will be automatically included in the final price.

What is Claire’s returns policy?

If your order has arrived and you’re not totally happy with it, don’t panic. You can return your goods within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items, such as earrings, aren’t eligible for refunds for hygiene reasons.
