How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered with Collect Plus?

Collect Plus have two label types; Standard or Economy. The Standard service parcels estimated delivery date (EDD) will typically be within 2 working days and for the Economy service the EDD is typically 3 to 5 working days. The day the parcel is handed in at your Collect Plus store is referred to as “Day Zero”. Bank holidays and Sundays are not treated as ‘working days’.

Please allow 1 extra working day for deliveries to and from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Far North of Scotland - and up to 5 extra working days for deliveries to and from the Scottish Islands.

How do I use my Collect Plus discount code?

Keep a close eye on our deals to get a cracking discount on your parcel delivery. When we've got something to help you save, click through the 'Start Shopping' button to be taken to any ongoing deals onsite. What size and weight parcel can I send with Collect Plus?

Collect Plus accept parcels measuring up to 60x50x50cm, and their maximum permitted parcel weight is 10kg.

What can I send with Collect Plus?

You can send lots of items using Collect Plus including books, CDs, DVDs, clothes and fashion accessories (e.g. handbags and belts), small electrical equipment (e.g. DVD players, kettles, hand-held power tools), dry/non-perishable foodstuffs (e.g. tea bags, spices, dry sweets), games consoles, laptops, computer monitors, mobile phones, non-prescription/herbal medicines/dry supplements and most toys.

How can I find out where my Collect Plus parcel is?

The estimated delivery day will show on the tracking page as an indication of the day Collect Plus hope to have the parcel delivered by.

You can track a parcel by entering your reference in the box provided – this will show you the most recent location of your parcel. Parcels are scanned at each physical point in the network. There may be pauses in the parcel’s journey at times - please only contact Collect Plus for a parcel that has not moved for over 24 hours or is past its estimated delivery day.
