Craft Gin Club offers free delivery as standard—handy! Craft Gin Club always delivers on the first week of the month.
If you won’t be home for your delivery or you’re self isolating, no worries. Craft Gin Club packages don’t require signatures upon delivery and can also be left in a designated safe place.

Craft Gin Club Golden Ticket

When you open your monthly gin box, do make sure you don't just pull out the bottle and throw away the box - as it may contain a Golden Ticket. Taking a leaf out of Willy Wonka's book, The Craft Gin Club are giving one lucky winner each month a special treat in addition to their gin - and whilst the prize on offer doesn't involve being given your own distillery, some fabulous experiences have been awarded including a £1,200 UK cabin break complete with hot tub - not a bad place to try out your latest bottle.

How long does delivery take with the Craft Gin Club?

Following payment on the 24th of the month, it takes up to a week to prepare boxes ready for dispatch and delivery in the first week of the following month. If you paid later than the 24th, your box will arrive later in the month. Depending on when you signed up, you'll either receive the current box (providing this isn't sold out) or your plan will start in the following month and it’ll be delivered in the first week of your base month. Please note Royal Mail can take an extra day or two to deliver to addresses within Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Channel Islands. Occasionally, depending on local area demand, it can take an additional day to deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

Can I return goods to Craft Gin Club?

As long as your box is unopened or in a resell-able condition, you can return it. Please contact Craft Gin Club to make arrangements or simply refuse the delivery of the box. Please note that refunds are only made if you've been in contact and created a prepaid return label through the link provided by the membership team.

Which cards are accepted for payment with Craft Gin Club?

VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are all accepted, and all work in conjunction with the Craft Gin Club voucher code. The payment will be set up as a recurring charge and is not a direct debit. Unfortunately you cannot use prepaid debit or credit cards.
