How do I use my Crocus discount code?

Select an offer, copy the code if one is provided, and follow the link to the Crocus website where you can shop for your favourite products. How much does Crocus charge for shipping?

Crocus charges a flat UK delivery fee of £4.99 for the majority of orders, so it’s worth your while to stock up! Bulb-only orders cost £3.99 to ship while seed-only orders cost a mere £1. If standard delivery isn’t quite cutting it and you need your Crocus goods faster, you can opt for next/named day delivery for £6.99.

What is the Crocus returns policy?

If you have changed your mind about your Crocus order, please contact the customer service team on 01344 578 000 or at customerservices@crocus.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return request within 30 days. However, if your order is incorrect, defective or was damaged in transit, please let the team know within 14 days.

Does Crocus offer a guarantee on its product?

The fully hardy plants in the Crocus range (excluding bulbs, annuals, biennials and short-lived perennials) are all covered by a 5-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If your plant fails within this time period, simply send a photograph to Crocus along with your order reference number, so the team can assess the problem.
