What is Dune’s returns policy?

If you’ve purchased a pair of shoes and when they arrive they’re not quite what you were hoping, you can return items within 28 days for a full refund, provided they’re returned unused and in their original condition.

Does Dune offer a student discount?

Just because you’re a student doesn’t mean you can’t rock some fabulous footwear. All students with a valid UNiDAYS account can get 10% off of the cost of their purchase at Dune.

How do I use my Dune discount code?

Once you’ve got your discount code, follow our link through to Dune’s website and start shopping. When you find a good fit, add it to your bag and head through to checkout. Enter your code into the appropriate box and click ‘apply’, then you’re ready to proceed to payment.

Can I buy a Dune gift card?

If you know someone who you’re sure will love a sweet new pair of shoes from Dune, but you’re not totally sure what style they might want, you can pick them up a gift card and let them make their own mind up. What different shipping options does Dune offer?

Standard Delivery costs £3.50, or you can get it the next day for £6.50. Click + Collect is available for £2.50, or is totally free for orders of £50 or more. If you need your order on a Saturday, that service is available for £8.50. Offshore delivery to the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands is available for just £3.50.
