Once you’re finished shopping with EQVVS, simply click to view your basket and enter your promo code where prompted. Be sure to click ‘add’ and check your savings have been applied before moving onto the checkout stage. If no code is required your savings will be automatically applied.

What are the delivery options with EQVVS?

There are lots of delivery options to choose from with EQVVS!

1. UK saver delivery costs just £3.99 and will arrive between 3-7 days.
2. UK standard delivery is £4.99 and your purchases will arrive between 1-3 days.
3. For quick delivery, choose the next working day by 1pm delivery option for £7.95.
4. Want your order for Saturday? Easily done with the Saturday delivery option - this costs £5.99 and you must place your order before 4pm on Friday.
5. Sunday delivery costs £7.99 and you must order by 4pm on Friday to redeem this option.

Due to covid-19, there are some delays on European and International deliveries, check the updates on delivery options.

Can I return my EQVVS items?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your EQVVS products, you can return your items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund. The items must be unworn and in resaleable condition for returns to be accepted.
