How do I use my Fat Face discount code?

Once you’ve added all your FatFace goodies to the basket, click on the ‘View Bag’ button. Here, you’ll see an option to ‘Add a promotion code’. Simply click the ‘+’ button then simply type or paste your code into the box and click ‘Apply’. Check your savings have been deducted before proceeding to checkout.

When will my FatFace delivery arrive?

With FatFace standard delivery, you should expect to receive your items within 2 – 4 working days, although sale items may take 4 – 6 working days to arrive. Alternatively, you can request your order to be delivered to your local FatFace shop with next-day delivery.

What is the FatFace returns policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return any full priced items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Sale items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. For more details, take a look at the FatFace returns policy.

Where is my nearest FatFace store?

FatFace have over 200 stores throughout the UK and Ireland. To find your nearest simply take advantage of their FatFace store locator tool on their website. Either type in your postcode, city or address, or click on the ‘locate a store near me’ button (ensure you have your location information switched on to use this tool) to find your nearest FatFace shop.

Is there an FatFace size guide?

As the FatFace brand is built on adventure, it’s important that you find the perfect fit.
