How do I use my Hobbs discount code?

Select the offer that takes your fancy and copy the discount code before following the link provided to Hobbs.com. Once there, shop and add items to your cart as normal. When you're ready to check out, follow the shopping bag link at the top of the screen to review your items, select the ‘promotion code’ link on the left, and a box will appear. Paste the code and hit ‘redeem’ to apply.

If you've selected a deal which doesn't require a coupon code, you can relax and shop as normal, we'll apply your discounts directly to your shopping basket for you as you go!

How much does Hobbs delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £150, otherwise your delivery will cost just £3.95. Next working day delivery costs £6. Click and collect is also available free of charge.

What is the Hobbs returns policy?

Changed your mind about an order? You’ve got one month to return your items for a refund. Send them back by post using the delivery slip that came with your order, or pop into a Hobbs store with proof of purchase to return in person.

How do I track my Hobbs order?

Once you’ve received your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details - your order will be sent using Hermes or DX.

Can I get my Hobbs order gift wrapped?

Although Hobbs don't offer a specific gift-wrapping service, all orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a Hobbs presentation box, which is great for gifting!
