Iceland delivery options
The great thing about Iceland is that there are slots available for the next day. You also won’t need a delivery pass to get free delivery - the minimum spend for free next day shipping is just £35. Iceland delivers Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm, and you can choose a two-hour delivery window. Alternatively, opt for click and collect and delivery is free when you spend £25. You can pick up your order on the same day. Although we usually recommend getting your delivery slots booked in advance, Iceland seems to have more slots available than other supermarkets.
Iceland NHS discount
As a thank you to our emergency services for keeping our country going, Iceland is offering NHS staff, police, ambulance workers, firefighters, armed forces, mountain rescue and more a discount of £5 off any £50 shop. All you need to do is login to your BLue Light Card to claim your code - which can be done via the Iceland 'Emergency Services' page.
Refer a friend to Iceland
When you're assured that Iceland's quality can hold its own with the supermarket giants, get someone you know interested to make a quick saving. Refer a friend to Iceland with a unique code that they apply at checkout (the same screen where you apply your promo code) and once they use it they'll net a £6 discount on their shop as long as it's over £40. Afterwards you'll find yourself rewarded with a £6 off £60 shop voucher for your own use.

Make the most of an Iceland bonus card
If you're a regular Icelander then you'll surprise even yourself with the difference an Iceland bonus card makes. Giving you £1 back for every £20 you spend, you'll also be privy to hundreds of exclusive offers every week, plus a free gift on your birthday as a thank you for your loyalty.
Why frozen foods from Iceland are just a good as fresh produce
They're cheaper, better for you and taste just as good! Since way back in 3000 BC, when the Chinese used iced cellars to store food over the winter, humans have realised the preservative qualities of ice to keep perishables as fresh as possible. Thankfully modern advances in freezing have shown to keep more nutrients in food and even hold more nutrients than fresh produce. Frozen food taste tests were carried out with 32 UK chefs and in a blind taste test chefs found no difference in quality between fresh and frozen foods and in some cases found the frozen food products actually tasted better!
Frozen food from Iceland saves you money
Frozen food causes less waste – It is estimated that up to 19% of all food purchased in the UK is thrown out and wasted. Frozen food helps you cut down on waste by allowing you to use exactly the amount you need, keeping the rest fresh. Frozen food can help you save money. Research has found that serving exactly the same menu can cost up to 24% less by using frozen ingredients compared to using fresh.
Discover speciality meats at Iceland
Feeling a little more adventurous? Browse the speciality meat and fish range for a huge selection of meat and seafood including ostrich burgers and mince, lobster, lean kangaroo burgers, high quality marbled Wagyu beef burgers, buffalo steaks, venison burgers, Belgian blue steaks and goat meat.
No genetically modified ingredients at Iceland
You may not know this, but Iceland was the world's first food retailer to ban GM ingredients from own brand products back in 1998.
