Is there a minimum or maximum stay I can book with Jetparks?

You can’t book a Jetparks parking space for less than 24 hours. Other than this, there are no restrictions for the duration of your parking and you can stay for as long as you like.

What happens if I don’t collect my car from my Jetparks space on time?

If you’re late to collect your car on return then you may incur additional fees for the extra time. Full details of potential penalties can be found in the Jetparks Terms & Conditions. If you’re going to miss your collection time due to unforeseen events such as a delayed flight, contact the Customer Support team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

How do I find my Jetparks parking space?

When you book your parking with Jetparks you will be provided with a detailed map of the car parking, including directions to your booked space.

Can I cancel my Jetparks booking?
