When will my JML Direct delivery arrive?

Place your order by 2:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to receive your order the following working day with Next Working Day Delivery. For standard delivery, you can expect to receive your order within 4 – 5 working days of order confirmation.

What is the JML Direct returns policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your JML purchase, they do offer a 30-day money back guarantee for products returned in their original packaging, including any instructions, and the products must be returned in a saleable condition.
