Get Kipling bags delivered the way you want

Standard Delivery is free and takes from 2 to 5 working days, with deliveries made Monday to Saturday during business hours. Orders placed before 11.00 am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (under normal circumstances); delivery of personalised items will take up to 7 working days.

For parcels under 10kg in weight and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm you can also choose free delivery to a CollectPlus Collection Point, subject to the same timings given above.

Express Delivery takes from 24 to 48 hours and costs £12. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours, and are otherwise made as Standard Deliveries.

It's easy to return goods to Kipling

You can return purchases within 30 days. Firstly, visit 'track your order' on the Kipling website, enter your order number and your email address, and click ‘create a return’. Select the items you may want to return, the preferred return method (drop off to a collection point or carrier pick up at preferred address) and select the reason for your return. Then print the return label provided.

Pack the order in your original box and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered. Drop your return into any available collection point locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date.

You'll then get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to the warehouse and your refund has been processed (5 to 7 business days).
